HSN Tech Indonesia (Acer Group) is looking for L3 Engineer Lead to join our team.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years' experience in handling troubleshooting position for Electronic or Hardware products.
Expert in reading schematic diagram.
Having good analytical thinking and problem solving.
Attentive to detail and good in communication skill.

Responsibilities:

Handle Board Repair Center (BRC) processes, focusing on success rate, repeat issues, budget control, and technician skill advancement.
Manage components including forecasting, stock levels, consumption, and sourcing.
Stay up to date with the latest component technologies and technical knowledge.
