- To coordinate the resources in such a manner to ensure that the works are completed in time and within the budget.
- Shall be fully aware of the Project Quality Plan and Quality Control requirements of the works and shall ensure that the project is executed in accordance with the Project Quality Plan and quality requirements stipulated in the Contract.
- Ensure that all works are in conformance with all contract specifications.
- Identifies health, safety, environmental and quality risks that construction operations present and make plans to mitigate any impact.
- Ensure all employees including sub-contractors are given instructions on their health, safety environmental and quality responsibilities.
- Ensure plant and equipment used are sufficient to carry out the work, with safety and environmental impacts considered and mitigated where required.
