As an Operations Analyst, you'll support our team in analyzing business performance, improving workflows, and helping shape data-driven decisions for regional operations.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze sales, operations, and marketing data to identify patterns and insights
  • Support daily and monthly reporting on e-commerce performance
  • Assist in improving workflows, documentation, and cross-team coordination
  • Prepare presentations and materials for internal meetings and regional projects
  • Collaborate with the SEA Head and cross-country teams to support ongoing initiatives

Who You Are

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, enjoys working with data and problem-solving
  • Fast learner with curiosity about e-commerce operations
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
