Roles & Responsibility (Function):
- Client relationship management:
Act as the primary liaison and build strong and ensure a smooth day-to-day communication with high-value clients. - Strategic & Project/Campaign development:
Help to develop and implement strategies to meet client goals on each project/campaign. - Project oversight:
Lead to coordinate with internal teams (e.g., creative, strategy, media, digital, etc) to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effectively. - Financial & administration management:
To assist for internal financial and administration related for each project/campaign development. - Competitor analysis:
To monitor campaign activity from competitor, diagnose, and propose solutions to help our main client's improvement. - Others:
Prepare WIP updates and participate more actively in meetings, identify potential red flags on a project (e.g., delayed approvals, unclear briefs), manage internal timelines across teams for assigned jobs.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication & Client Handling Skills.
- Organized, Detail-Oriented, and Proactive.
- A passionate, knowledgeable soccer enthusiast with expertise at local, regional, and global levels.
- Willingness to Learn + Adaptability.
Specific Skills Needed:
- Google documents, drive, sheets.
- Taking meeting minutes.
- Doing research and developing competitive review.
- Alignment with clients.
- Football lovers (local, regional, international).
- Have interest in below the line activation.
