Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Project Manager with a background in IT or Information Systems to join our growing team. You will be responsible for end-to-end project coordination, ensuring all project goals are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. This role requires prior experience handling projects in the banking or financial sector, especially involving API integration and debit/autodebit systems. The role follows a hybrid working model from our client's office at BSD.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the execution of multiple IT projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Translate user requirements into clear and structured specifications for developers.
- Fulfill documentation requests from clients, including technical and project-related documents.
- Create project flow designs and develop budgeting plans.
- Determine team composition and define realistic project timelines.
- Establish effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Apply suitable project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) depending on project type.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication between clients, developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
- Track project progress and manage risks to ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects.
- Proven experience managing API integration and debit/autodebit system projects.
- Hands-on experience in projects within the banking or financial industry.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup from our office in BSD, Tangerang.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, time management, and team coordination skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge or experience in software testing is a plus.
