Reporting to the Head of Sales Offline (based in Jakarta), the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, training, supervising, and supporting Sales Representatives and Distributors to achieve sales targets within the allocated budget and resources. Also need to be effectively implement sales support activities, promotional programs, and product displays to achieve business growth objectives.
Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and monitor sales schedules/routes for each Sales Representative, including store lists and coverage expansion goals.
- Set, execute, and track sales targets, progress, product distribution, and detailed display execution on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Collaborate with Distributors to plan orders, monitor inventory levels, and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Recruit, train, and coach Sales Representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth.
- Collect, analyze, and provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and execute market expansion plans, coverage growth strategies, product distribution, and display initiatives to outperform competitors in the assigned territory.
- College/ University Degree.
- Sales experience with a proven track record in sales supervision.
- Experience in the home appliances or consumer electronics industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and develop staff.
