Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage KOL staff in planning, executing, and evaluating influencer marketing campaigns.
- Develop strategies to maximize brand exposure and engagement through KOL and affiliate collaborations.
- Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with influencers and partners relevant to the brand.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure all KOL activities are aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, and digital teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Handle budgeting, contract negotiations, and timely reporting for KOL initiatives.
- Stay updated on influencer trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong network of influencers and affiliates is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to track KPIs and campaign ROI.
- Proficient in social media platforms, influencer management tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to lead a team under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital trends and influencer marketing.
