Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology (required)
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of psychological testing tools
  • Proven skills in candidate screening and interviewing
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal

Job Description:

  • Posting Vacancies

  • Create and publish job advertisements on various recruitment platforms to attract qualified candidates.

  • Screening CVs

  • Review and evaluate incoming applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.

  • Conducting Psychological Tests

  • Administer and evaluate psychological assessments as part of the recruitment process to assess candidate suitability.

  • Scheduling Interviews

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and relevant interviewers in a timely and organized manner.
