Human Resources & Administration Supervisor
一、职位概要Summary
人资行政主管在部门经理的领导下,负责公司人力资源与行政事务的统筹与监督,包括招聘、培训、考勤、绩效考核、员工关系、行政管理及后勤支持,确保人事与行政工作规范、高效运行。
The Human Resources & Administration Supervisor reports to the HR/Admin Manager and is responsible for overseeing recruitment, training, attendance, performance evaluation, employee relations, as well as office administration and logistics to ensure operations run efficiently in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- 负责招聘流程的实施与监督,保证人才及时到岗。
Manage the recruitment process and ensure timely availability of workforce. - 组织员工入职、转正、晋升与离职手续。
Organize employee onboarding, confirmation, promotion, and resignation procedures. - 监督考勤、假期及人事档案管理。
Supervise attendance, leave management, and personnel records. - 协助制定并落实培训计划与绩效考核制度。
Assist in developing and implementing training programs and performance appraisal systems. - 负责员工关系管理,及时处理劳动纠纷与沟通问题。
Manage employee relations and resolve labor disputes and communication issues. - 监督公司行政工作,包括办公环境、物资采购、会议安排与后勤保障。
Oversee office administration, including workplace facilities, office supplies procurement, meeting arrangements, and logistics support. - 完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
Carry out other tasks assigned by superiors.
Authority & Accountability
- 对人力资源与行政工作的合规性与高效性负责。
Responsible for ensuring compliance and efficiency in HR and administrative operations. - 有权审核招聘、考勤、培训等人事资料。
Authorized to review recruitment, attendance, and training documents. - 有义务监督团队工作并提出改进建议。
Obligated to supervise team performance and provide improvement recommendations. - 对下属员工的工作安排与考核负责。
Accountable for task allocation and performance evaluation of HR/Admin staff.
Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、行政管理或相关专业。
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Administration, or related fields. - 3年以上人事或行政相关工作经验,1年以上主管经验。
Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR/Admin, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. - 熟悉劳动法及相关人事政策,具备员工关系处理能力。
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR policies, with proven ability in employee relations management. - 熟练使用人事管理系统及办公软件。
Proficient in HRIS and office applications. - 责任心强,具备组织协调与团队管理能力。
Highly responsible, with strong organizational, coordination, and team management skills.
