Key Responsibilities
- Manage, store, and control all QA/QC documents in accordance with HACCP and BRCGS standards.
- Develop and maintain the Document Master List and ensure proper documentation of SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, Checklists, Certificates of Analysis, Audit Reports, and other quality-related documents.
- Ensure timely distribution of updated documents and withdrawal of obsolete versions (document revision control).
- Coordinate documentation preparation for external audits (BRCGS, BPOM, certification bodies) as well as internal audits.
- Verify completeness of CCP (Critical Control Point) and OPRP records in compliance with the HACCP Plan.
- Ensure documents are systematically filed, organized, and accessible to authorized personnel.
- Support QAQC team in traceability, product recall, and complaint handling through effective documentation.
- Provide basic training to QAQC staff and other departments on documentation systems and procedures.
- Coordinate with QAQC Supervisor/Manager regarding Document Change Control.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company documents.
- Bachelor's degree (Food Technology, Agricultural Product Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Management, or related fields).
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Document Control, QAQC, or Food Safety within the food industry or FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, GMP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and BPOM regulations.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and experienced in managing both manual and digital documentation systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with digital documentation platforms.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work under tight deadlines.
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
