Job Description
- System Development & Modernization: Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle — from concept, architecture design, development, and testing to deployment and maintenance.
- System Development & Modernization: Develop and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications across web, mobile, and internal systems, using modern frameworks (React, , .NET Core, Python, etc.).
- Technology Governance & Quality Assurance: Establish a governed engineering framework, including coding standards, security practices, and architectural consistency.
- Technology Governance & Quality Assurance: Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, deployment, and testing to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery.
- Digital Transformation Enablement: Act as a technical enabler for the company's digital transformation by translating strategic initiatives into working software.
- Digital Transformation Enablement: Build scalable API and middleware layers to connect ERP, CRM, CDP, and Data Warehouse systems into a unified ecosystem.
- Collaboration & Future Team Building: Work cross-functionally to align technology with business goals and prepare to build and mentor an internal engineering team as the company scales.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Graduated from a reputable university (local or overseas) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems, with strong exposure to modern development methodologies and international technology environments.
- Experience: 5–8 years of progressive experience in software development, including at least 3–5 years in a senior or managerial engineering role within mid-to-large organizations. Candidates must demonstrate stability, with a minimum tenure of 3–5 years in at least one previous company.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in full-stack development using modern frameworks (e.g., React, , Python, or Java), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and API design. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Transformation Experience: Proven success in modernizing legacy systems and implementing standardized software architecture and engineering practices within traditionally structured companies.
- System Integration: Experience integrating enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, CDP, or Data Warehouse using secure and scalable APIs.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership in managing cross-functional projects, mentoring developers, and collaborating with enterprise architecture, data, and security teams.
- Language: Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken fluency required).
