- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing Japanese tenants by conducting regular visits, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring quick and efficient responses to their requests.
- Ensure tenant satisfaction with the company's products and services by delivering high-quality support and assistance.
- Handle new Japanese customers and inquiries, providing end-to-end services from initial introduction, negotiation, dealing, up to post-sales service.
- Foster relationships with key Japanese business, association, cultural communities, government, property consultant/agent to establish strategic partnerships.
- Plan, organize, and monitor events, monthly meetings, and seminars
- Collaborate with the Marketing Communication team to create promotional materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, flyers) to enhance the company image
- Act as a cultural liaison to bridge communication gaps and foster mutual understanding between the company and Japanese clients or stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the database of Japanese tenants and executive staff to ensure accurate and effective communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from any major
- At least 5 years of experience as Japanese Relation Manager or Japan Desk or similar positions.
- Proficiency in Japanese (native-level or JLPT N1/N2 certification).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in client relationship management, preferably with Japanese clients
- Knowledge of Japanese business etiquette and culture.
- Ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Japanese business networks and communities is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Willing to do business travels (if needed)
