Responsibilities
:
- Build and implement training systems, programs, and evaluations.(main job)
- Manage end-to-end hiring process to ensure timely onboarding.
- Handle payroll, attendance, and social security accurately.
- Resolve labor issues, conduct exit interviews, and improve engagement.
- Support HRIS and overall HR processes in the plant.
Qualifications
:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; knowledge of labor law is a plus.
- At least 3 years in HR; manufacturing background preferred.
- Strong in Training & Development and adaptable to HR systems.
- Fluent in Chinese or English is a must, with mandatory Indonesian.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and cross-cultural skills.
