Responsibilities
:

  • Build and implement training systems, programs, and evaluations.(main job)
  • Manage end-to-end hiring process to ensure timely onboarding.
  • Handle payroll, attendance, and social security accurately.
  • Resolve labor issues, conduct exit interviews, and improve engagement.
  • Support HRIS and overall HR processes in the plant.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; knowledge of labor law is a plus.
  • At least 3 years in HR; manufacturing background preferred.
  • Strong in Training & Development and adaptable to HR systems.
  • Fluent in Chinese or English is a must, with mandatory Indonesian.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and cross-cultural skills.
