Responsibilities
- Partner with business unit leaders to assess organizational needs and develop people solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement
- Supervise the implementation of Human Capital policies and procedures within business units, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal standard
- Oversee full employee lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Support training, development, and performance management initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Law or other relevant disciplines
- 3–5 years of experience as HCBP or HC Generalist Supervisor
- Solid understanding of labor law, HR best practices, and organizational development frameworks
- Supervise and guide the HR team to achieve operational excellence
- Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
