We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
HR Operations Specialist
to join our team. This role is critical in supporting daily HR operational functions and contributing to the development of scalable HR processes and systems. Your responsibilities include
payroll processing

leave & absence tracking

employee data management

BPJS administration
, and
contract & document handling
. In addition, you'll support
workflow design

HRIS improvements
, and help lay the groundwork for
mid- to long-term HR process development

Key Focus Areas
: Payroll | Absence & Leave Management | Contract & HR Admin | BPJS | Data Cleansing | Internal HR Support | Workflow & System Development | Strategic Process Building
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute monthly payroll in coordination with Finance/Payroll vendors
- Handle employee absences, leave requests, and track leave balances accurately
- Administer employment contracts, addendums, and related documentation
- Oversee BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan enrollment, claims, and compliance
- Cleanse and maintain accurate employee data in HRIS or databases
- Act as the internal PIC for HR-related queries and administrative support
- Identify and close gaps in current HR processes with a structural, analytical mindset
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR systems with company needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or HR administration
- Solid understanding of local labor laws, payroll and BPJS administration
- Experience with both manual spreadsheet & HRIS tools/systems and comfort with data handling
- Strong organizational and structural thinking skill with ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills for data management
