QUALIFICATIONS:

Min. D3/S1 majoring in Management, Administration or Secretary
Min. 1-2 years working experience in sourching, procurement, and have knowledge about negotiations (preferably experience working in Manufacture Plastic Injection)
Good in English written & speaking will be advantages
Strong negotiations about quality, price, and lead time process
Able to think through problem and get win win solutions
Quick sourching new supplier and keep the good relationship
Willing to work in Semarang

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Have a good communication skill to connect with vendor
Quick sourching a potential vendor for injection material, tooling sparepart, and painting.
Prepare reports on sourching purchase, including complete database
Identify and evaluated potential supplier about price, quantity, and leadtime process
Reporting data and keep good relationship with vendors
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, finance, legal, and operations to align the procurement strategies
