JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyze and understand business processes, identify gaps, and propose effective, data-driven solutions aligned with company objectives
- Serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective communication, mutual understanding, and consistent alignment of requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear technical specifications and actionable project deliverables.
- Support organizational change initiatives by managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating smooth transitions to new systems, processes, or workflows.
- Continuously monitor industry developments and best practices to ensure the organization's solutions remain innovative, relevant, and competitive.
- For mid to senior levels: lead requirement analysis sessions, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts in delivering high-quality outputs.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in technology-driven or enterprise system projects
- Strong understanding of business processes, system analysis, and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
