Responsibilities
- Lead the team to complete the company's collection tasks and promote team performance;
- According to the types and stages of overdue projects and customers, conduct effective analysis, research and formulate collection strategies and solutions;
- Through an effective management model, regularly audit the work progress of team members, and be responsible for team management and training;
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments in a timely manner, track the implementation of the collection strategy throughout the process, and ensure the collection effect is achieved.
- Prepare and make regular adjustments to the collection process and procedures in the Collection Policy.
- Make a SOP compliance to OJK regulation
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any major or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English, Mandarin will be advantaged
- 3+ years of work experiences in related field, including 2 years as a Collection Manager in a P2P company
- Strong executive ability, proactive working attitude, strong ability to work under pressure,
- Excellent communication skills, able to adjust interpersonal relations among employees
- Understand and can prepare basic Excel sheet or related data preparation
- Working experience in licensed collection company or licensed Fintech company prefers
