Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and coordinate the online sales team (Customer Service, Marketplace Specialist, Host Live Streaming, Web Admin, Sales Data Analyst and Marketplace Admin).
Develop and implement online sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions across multiple platforms (website, marketplace, and live selling).
Set, monitor, and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and stock availability to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
Monitor team performance in handling customer inquiries, ensuring SLA compliance, customer satisfaction, and positive marketplace ratings.
Prepare and analyze sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing recommendations for improvement.
Provide coaching, motivation, and training to team members regarding product knowledge and sales techniques.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years experience or more in online sales via website, e-commerce, & marketplace management, with at least 2 years in a leadership/ supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of online sales operations, marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.), and live selling strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer behavior.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
Proficient in sales reporting, presentation, and data-driven decision-making.
Able to multitask, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
