Job Description :

  • Develop and implement HR&GA Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Evaluate Recruitment Process
  • Manage process of organizational planning that evaluates company structure, job design, and MPP the company, career path, development program and other
  • Plan, implement, evaluate Training Needs Analysis regarding on company need
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, system, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Develop compensation and benefits program
  • Ensure the implementation of the related government law & regulation in the Company by identify legal requirement based on business direction; monitor company regulation is up to date and analyze latest government regulation

Job Specification :

  • Bachelor's Degree from reputable university in Psychology or Law.
  • 10 years of experience as HRGA function and 5 years as Managerial position.
  • Excellent skill and knowledge in HRGA system.
  • Experienced and proven achievement in improving and developing management system HRGA.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
  • Mature personality, persistent, good leadership, hardworking, responsible.
  • Well Understanding and Experienced in handling overall Human Capital and General Affair process including Organization Development, Recruitment, People Development, Performance Management, Industrial Relation, Compensation & Benefit.
  • Strong Knowledge in labor regulation an its implementation.
  • Well proven record in managing General Affair activity.
