Role Description
The Center Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Seriously Addictive Maths center. This full-time, on-site role includes managing administrative tasks, supervising teaching staff, coordinating class schedules, and ensuring quality educational delivery. The Center Manager will also engage with parents, drive center enrollment, manage marketing activities, and maintain a positive learning environment for students. Additionally, they will work to align the center's operations with the company's overall goals and values.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills for managing daily operations and class schedules.
- Leadership and supervisory skills to oversee staff and ensure high-quality education delivery.
- Sales and marketing skills, including parent relationship management and enrollment-driving strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with parents, students, and staff.
- Problem-solving abilities and initiative to address challenges effectively and independently.
- Proficiency in general computer software and tools relevant to education management.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in education management or familiarity with the Singapore Maths curriculum is a plus.
