Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Supervisor located in Bandung. The Research and Development Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing R&D projects, conducting water based polymerization and technology research, and developing innovative emulsion polymer product. The supervisor will analyze research data, coordinate with the team, ensure compliance with industry standards, and report findings to senior management.
Qualifications

- Experience in Research and Development (R&D)
- Knowledge in emulsion polymer product
- Proficiency in conducting research
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field
- Experience in supervisory or managerial roles is a plus
