Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee end to end recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
- Lead HR operations including payroll, performance management, and benefits administration.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Able to communicate in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in handling employee issues and data-driven decisions.
