Job Description:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee end to end recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
  • Lead HR operations including payroll, performance management, and benefits administration.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Able to communicate in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in handling employee issues and data-driven decisions.
