What You'll Be Doing- Grow Strategic Accounts: Win new business and expand existing relationships across high-value clients.
- Lead Sales Strategy: Drive strategic sales initiatives aligned with service agreements and growth targets.
- Introduce New Solutions: Promote new products and services from LRQA's evolving portfolio.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, service delivery, and global account managers to maximise opportunities.
- Manage Pipelines: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and take proactive steps to ensure targets are met.
- Deliver Account Plans: Create and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue and client satisfaction.
- Retain & Renew Contracts: Lead contract renewals and RFP responses to secure long-term business.
- Solve Client Challenges: Identify problems and deliver customised solutions backed by market insights.
- Report & Present: Prepare performance summaries and contribute to leadership meetings with clear, timely updates.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven success in B2B sales with at least 2 years' experience meeting annual targets.
- Experience working with large strategic clients to deliver insight-led solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to grow account value through consistent double-digit growth.
- Fluent in English and one other business language relevant to your region.
- Strong presentation skills with experience pitching to senior stakeholders.
- Skilled in managing bids, proposals, and pricing strategies.
- Proficient in Salesforce and standard business software.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams to achieve growth.
