Frontliner (Customer Service / Teller)

  • Maintain and build good relationships with customers.
  • Introduce and offer accurate information about the bank's products and services to customers.
  • Responsible for the opening and closing of customer accounts.
  • Handle customer inquiries and transactions efficiently to ensure excellent service quality.

Back Office

  • Support daily operational activities to ensure smooth and accurate banking processes.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document verification, and transaction processing.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer and transaction data in accordance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with related units to support branch operational needs.
  • Assist in preparing internal reports and monitoring operational performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma's Degree (D3) with GPA ≥ 3.00.
  • At least 1 year of working experience as Frontliner (CS/Teller/Operational Role) in the banking industry.
  • Nice personality and eager to learn new things.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and excellent in administrative duties.
  • Maximum age: 25 years old.
  • Placement: Purwokerto.
