Frontliner (Customer Service / Teller)
- Maintain and build good relationships with customers.
- Introduce and offer accurate information about the bank's products and services to customers.
- Responsible for the opening and closing of customer accounts.
- Handle customer inquiries and transactions efficiently to ensure excellent service quality.
Back Office
- Support daily operational activities to ensure smooth and accurate banking processes.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document verification, and transaction processing.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer and transaction data in accordance with internal policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with related units to support branch operational needs.
- Assist in preparing internal reports and monitoring operational performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma's Degree (D3) with GPA ≥ 3.00.
- At least 1 year of working experience as Frontliner (CS/Teller/Operational Role) in the banking industry.
- Nice personality and eager to learn new things.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and excellent in administrative duties.
- Maximum age: 25 years old.
- Placement: Purwokerto.
