Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chinese Teacher located in Banten, Indonesia. The Chinese Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging Chinese language lessons, assessing student progress, and customizing teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students. The role involves collaborating with other teachers, participating in school activities, and facilitating a positive learning environment aligned with Confucius' moral and ethical teachings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Chinese language and teaching methodology
- Experience in designing curriculum and lesson planning
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
- Relevant teaching certification and Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
