Production Manager – PT Nipsea Paint and Chemicals

Location: Gresik, East Java
Salary: IDR9,000,000 – IDR12,000,000

PT. Nipsea Paint and Chemicals is a leading company in the production and distribution of paints and chemicals. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as Production Manager.

  • Ensuring production productivity meets the set targets and reporting regularly to management.
  • Maintaining consistency within the Production Committee and encouraging continuous improvement for a better, safety‑focused production system.
  • Developing and proposing systems that can be implemented and expanded to support sustainable production processes.
  • Ensuring that all production activities are conducted in compliance with safety principles established by the HSE team.
  • Ensuring that QCDSM (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale) in the Production Department is aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Guaranteeing that production delivery meets the lead time set by management.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the Monthly Production Report to be presented to management.
  • Ensuring the continuous implementation of the Floor Management Development System to support the sustainability of production activities.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the manufacturing or chemical industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on productivity and safety.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and system development capabilities.
  • Good understanding of QCDSM and production KPIs.
  • Familiarity with production planning tools and safety standards.
  • Proficient in reporting and presenting production data to upper management.
  • Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
  • Willing to be placed in Gresik.
