We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant / Finance Officer to join our team in Semarang. This role will focus on handling cash disbursements, managing financial records, and overseeing procurements related to construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong financial management skills, a background in accounting, and practical experience in project-based disbursements and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash flow and disbursements for construction project expenses.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and recorded.
- Handle procurement activities including vendor selection, purchase orders, and payment processing.
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular financial reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations.
- Support audits and financial reviews when required.
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably with exposure to construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Based in Semarang or willing to be based in Semarang.
