- Install, test, and maintain machines/equipment at client sites and office.
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Support project implementation, machine testing agreements, and technical reporting.
- Coordinate with admin team for delivery schedules, spare parts, and documentation.
- Provide technical support to customers and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper records of service, repair logs, and part usage.
