Mandarin Translator - Cikarang & Karawang

Job Description:

Interpret Manager's Directives: Provide Mandarin-to-Indonesian interpretation for the Warehouse Manager during daily meetings, safety briefings, and staff discussions.
Support Warehouse Operations: Assist the Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks, including coordinating communication between local staff and management.
Translate Documents: Accurately translate written warehouse documents (SOPs, work instructions, inventory reports, and memos) from Mandarin to Indonesian, and vice versa.
Manage Communication Flow: Serve as the primary communication link, ensuring instructions and reports are clearly and efficiently transmitted across teams.

Job Requrement:

Language Fluency: Must be Business-level fluent in both Mandarin (oral and written) and Indonesian. HSK Level 5 certification is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years experience as a translator/interpreter, ideally in a Manufacturing, Logistics, or Warehouse environment. Fresh Graduates with strong language skills are welcome.
Technical Skills: Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office/Google Workspace) and capable of creating accurate meeting minutes and reports.
Key Attributes: Must be professional, detail-oriented, pro-active, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
Placement: Willingness to be placed and work in either the Cikarang or Karawang area.
