Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning:

  • Develop and implement the overall offline sales strategy.
  • Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Lead the expansion into new territories and the development of new offline channels (e.g., distributors, retailers, agents).

Sales Execution & Performance Management:

  • Own the P&L for the offline sales division, ensuring profitability and revenue goals are met or exceeded.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation and negotiation to closing major deals.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team and individual performance.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to the executive team.

Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key distributors, major retail partners, and strategic clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and negotiations.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of offline sales managers, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and company values.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share best practices, and address challenges; provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations to drive team excellence.
  • Foster a collaborative and high - performance work culture, motivating the team to exceed sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Indonesian is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role (Sales Director, Regional Head of Sales, etc.).
  • Deep experience in offline channel management, distributor management, and key account management.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience in developing sales strategies, managing P&L, and achieving revenue targets.
