Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interview schedules.

  • Payroll & Compensation:

  • Process the monthly payroll accurately and on time, in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

  • Manage employee data related to attendance, leaves, deductions, and benefits.
  • Handle BPJS Kesehatan (Healthcare) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Employment) administration, registration, and reporting.
  • Address and resolve employee queries regarding payroll and compensation.

  • HR Administration & Daily Operations:

  • Maintain and update employee records and files (both digital and physical).

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing basic guidance on HR-related matters.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or in a similar role, with a strong focus on recruitment and payroll.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law, payroll systems, and BPJS administration is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment processes and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, Glints).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
