Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction for promotions and events execution.
  • Contribute to competitive product development.
  • Support Associate Director in creating marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with management to align marketing with business goals.
  • Manage customer acquisition and retention programs to meet targets and strengthen brand equity.
  • Oversee promotion and event implementation, and maintain corporate client relationships.
  • Prioritize team initiatives and resources to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Plan, monitor, and evaluate admission activities, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
  • Coordinate with Brand, Corporate Communication, and Marketing Intelligence for corporate image and market research.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor's degree from any major
  • Minimum 3 years in Managerial level
  • Has strategic thinking, analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, interpersonal skills, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Work placement: Bandung
