As part of Coway Indonesia’s Direct Sales Team (DST), we are looking for passionate leaders to help us grow and inspire our sales force across the nation.
Position Overview
As a Sales Manager (SM), you will lead and develop a team of Health Managers (HMs) and Health Planners (HPs) to achieve outstanding sales performance. You will play a key role in building, mentoring, and motivating your team to deliver consistent results and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and monitor Health Managers (HMs) to achieve monthly sales and recruitment targets.
- Build a strong and active sales organization by implementing Coway’s REVAMP Leadership Strategy (Recruit, Educate, Activate, Motivate, Inspire).
- Ensure each team member performs effectively and stays motivated to reach personal and team goals.
- Track and analyze team performance, providing reports and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and motivational gatherings.
- Collaborate with the General Manager (GM) to plan and execute market expansion and recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in direct selling, insurance, or networking business.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a large team.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for people development and achieving measurable results.
- High self-discipline, integrity, and commitment to performance excellence.
- Willing to work in a performance-based, commission-driven environment.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
