Summary of the Job

The Campaign & Activation Senior Associate is responsible for the hands-on planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and on-ground activations across all Lines of Business (LoBs) within Qoala Plus. This role also ensures that initiatives designed to engage agents, partners, and customers are effectively implemented, monitored, and optimized to drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution and Management
  • Execute campaign frameworks developed by the superior into actionable plans and timelines, ensuring all assets and executions align with brand, compliance, and budget standards.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring accurate disbursements, cost efficiency, and proper documentation.
  • Coordinate creative, content, and channel execution with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Data, Sales) and external partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics (reach, engagement, conversion), and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurers and external partners to drive participation, sponsorship, and collaboration in joint marketing initiatives.
  • Support partner engagement in Qoala Loyalty Programs, including proposing new program ideas for the Employee Dashboard and coordinating with internal stakeholders on implementation and promotion.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports and insights to inform future initiatives and strategic decisions.
  • Activation & Engagement Programs
  • Plan and execute agent and partner engagement events, on-ground activations, and product awareness activities.
  • Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth execution.
  • Handle merchandise planning and distribution as engagement tools (gimmicks) to enhance agent participation and campaign visibility.
  • Track activation results (e.g., agent participation, lead generation, sales uplift) and prepare post-activation summaries.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance future activation effectiveness.
  • Coordination & Reporting
  • Serve as the execution bridge between Growth, Marketing, Product, and Data teams.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports summarizing campaign and activation outcomes.

  • Support documentation, stakeholder updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2 to 4 years' experience in marketing campaign management or activation roles, preferably in digital or insurance industries.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and performance tracking.
