Job Responsibilities
- Tracking Sell-out performance by store, investigate and solve problems by coordinating with related departments to maximize sell-out.
- Manage field force in respective areas; Team leaders, MD, and Promotors. Give direction and manage the performance KPI of each field force.
- Support HO Store Management to track and manage branch's retail assets; Product Display, Booth, POSM distribution, signboard, etc.
- Craft ideas and suggestions for Sell-out activity programs in branch.
- Operate, track, and report dealer activity sponsorship programs in branch.
- Keep track of each competitor's sell-out activity in branch, create suggestions, key findings, and countermeasures.
- Daily coordination with Branch Manager/Area Manager, ensuring alignment between sell-in and sell-out.
- Develop effective reporting system, based on period, channel/store, MD/TL, etc.
- Conduct regular store visits and market surveys.
- Conduct training in their respective branch with the support of HO training team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related area.
- 3+ years as Retail Specialist.
- Excellent sales management & relationship building.
- Good leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, market, and competitor analysis.
- Meticulous with attention to detail.
- Manager level of reporting ability.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and other related apps.
