Executive Summary
- Develop creative visual designs for how the brands are visually represented in physical retail spaces.
- Manage the end-to-end creation of point-of-sale materials and in-store visuals that not only attract attention but also drive engagement and conversions, including conducting result and impact analysis of the installations. (Optional: "conducting" is added for clarity and parallelism).
- Work closely with Marketing, Channel Development, and Key Account Management teams to develop strategic design solutions that are visually impactful, aligned with brand standards, and tailored for diverse retail environments in modern trade.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Design Communication Visual o related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a in-store point-of-sale materials or brand asset designer, preferably in Beauty FMCG environment or creative agency
- Advanced proficiency in design tools (e.g : Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Able to independently develop creative designs with strong sense of aesthetic (typography, imagery, color, and layout)
- Well organized and able to work with basic Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)
- Capable of effectively tracking and resolving issues related to the job
- Demonstrates reliability, honesty, adaptability, and dedication in the job
- Effectively collaborate within a team.
- Able to demonstrate design portfolio
