Job Purpose:
Carry out governance for the manufacture of finished products/Finished Good (FG) in the filling & packing area, covering all aspects of work, namely safety, quality and cost in accordance with company targets and policies
Job Description:
- Carry out filling & packing operations in accordance with production planning and be responsible for fulfilling targeted production realization
- Supervise the results of the FG which is made in accordance with the quality and Build of Material (BOM) that has been determined
- Conduct periodic reviews for waste performance, overtime, production realization, work safety and other Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the production department in general, and the mixing department in particular.
- Carry out the implementation of company policies such as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), ISO 9001:2018, ISO 14001:2018, etc.
- Analyze problems or gaps that arise in the production process, carry out necessary troubleshooting, and coordinate with other parties/departments if necessary
Qualification:
- Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) - Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Fresh Graduate or 2 years work experience in FMCG production.
- Honest, has good intrapersonal skills, able to perform well under pressure.
- Likes work in the field and is willing to work in the field, able to work with teams and individuals, healthy physically and mentally.
- Willing to work Shift (3-Shift): Monday to Saturday.
Monday to Friday:
Shift 1: 6 am to 2 pm
Shift 2: 2 pm to 10 pm
Shift 3: 10 pm to 6 am.
Saturday:
Shift 1: 6 am to 11 am
Shift 2: 11 am to 4 pm
Shift 3: 4 pm to 9 pm. - Work Placement in Gresik, East Java.
