As an Business Development Executive (Online Sales), you will be the frontline for our company, interacting with potential customers who have already expressed interest in our products or services. You will play a crucial role in converting these leads into satisfied customers by building rapport, understanding their needs, and presenting compelling solutions.
Job Descriptions :
Handling global customers such as Malaysia, Singapore, U.S., and Oversees (Online).
Qualify inbound leads from calls, emails, and web chats to identify sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, tracking lead progress throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and uncover upsell/cross-sell potential.
- Manage a small portfolio of assigned accounts, proactively checking in with customers
- Able to upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on the customer's needs, presenting additional products or services that can enhance their experience.
- Prepare personal sales forecasts and contribute to sales budgeting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Qualifications :
- Educational background: High school diploma (minimum); Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or related roles.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and sales closing methods.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Familiarity with IT and hosting solutions
- Fluently in English is a Must.
