Responsibilities :
• Handle end-to-end content production : ideation, copywriting, design (using Canva), and video editing (using CapCut), tailored for digital platforms.
• Design and implement B2B-focused content strategies aligned with brand and business objectives—especially within startup or agency environments.
• Create targeted content to support lead generation efforts and brand ambassador initiatives—including training materials, execution plans, and performance tracking.
• Develop content in collaboration with influencers or brand ambassadors, including briefing, execution, and performance tracking.
• Accordinate with the management team for brand marketing direction to capture the brand's tone of voice, vision, and storytelling across all channels.
Requirements :
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment (startup or agency) with a basic understanding of B2B content development.
• Able to produce and edit content using CapCut (for short-form video) and Canva (for visual content). Creative eye and attention to detail are a plus.
• Experienced in writing clear, catchy, and brand-aligned copy—especially for ads, lead magnets, and brand-building campaigns.
• Has worked directly with KOLs or influencers in content co-creation, from ideation to execution.
• Able to own content from scratch : plan, write, design, edit, schedule, and monitor—while ensuring alignment with brand tone and strategy.
