We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team. This role is responsible for leading product initiatives, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery. The ideal candidate has strong experience in product ownership or product management, with a deep understanding of agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile frameworks.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced product environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements and actionable tasks.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure development efforts focus on the most valuable features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, QA) to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Communicate progress, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective sessions to align on priorities and outcomes.
