Job Description- Mechanical Asset Reliability: Ensure reliable and efficient operation of static and rotating equipment through preventive, predictive, corrective, and proactive maintenance.
- Shutdown & Spare Parts Management: Coordinate Turnaround (TAR) activities and manage consumable and capital spare parts.
- Change Management: Implement technical reviews and approvals for any changes via Management of Change (MOC) process.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, warehouse, reliability engineers) and external parties (contractors, government authorities).
- Quality Assurance: Maintain and update procedures, ensuring cost‑effective maintenance without compromising safety and quality.
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer or a Mechanical Engineer experienced in industrial, petrochemical plant, power plant environments.
- Five (5) years of continuous mechanical maintenance experience in process plants, including repair and overhaul of rotating equipment (e.g., compressors, pumps, turbines) and static equipment (e.g., storage tanks, pressure vessels, pipelines).
- Holding ISO Vibration Level II or III, lifting, or Coating Inspector SSPC/NACE certification is an advantage.
- Knowledge in DCS, operation, and maintenance systems is an advantage.

- Minimum bachelor degree from material and metallurgical engineering/mechanical/mechatronics engineer
- Has >2 years experience in product engineering or product development in manufacturing company
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with a proven background in mechanical design or related fields.
- Advanced in 3D Cad (Solidedge, etc)
- Have good engineering mindset
- Energetic, creative, and innovative
- Passionate in sports, especially cycling is a plus point
- Designing bicycle (frame, fork, and part) and formulating product specifications.
- Analyze the Bill of Materials needs and calculating product costing.
- Analyze and check the compatibility of the product designed to ensure it follows product safety standards and the Project Brief.
- Work together with cross sections related to the design implementation process and product design.
- Analyze and review the results of the Bike Prototype in order to ensure the compatibility of the product sample has been follow the project brief and safety standards.
