Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the digital sales team to enhance performance and conversion quality.
• Build and manage a data-driven sales funnel that balances growth, profitability, and risk.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Credit, and Product teams to optimize lead generation and the overall customer journey.
• Utilize analytics and dashboards to guide business decisions and ensure healthy portfolio performance.
• Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing insights on growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in fintech, banking, or consumer lending.
• Proven track record in digital sales management and analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools, with a solid understanding of credit and risk metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Highly data-driven, growth-oriented, and resilient in achieving business objectives.
