Job Description
- Manage and analyze talent data, including performance ratings, potential and competency gap assessments, and tracking of employee training journeys
- Support the end-to-end execution of talent assessment processes, including psycho test, assessment centers, and competency-based interviews.
- Provide administrative and operational support for assessment activities and employee development programs.
- Prepare comprehensive assessment and profiling reports, including scoring sheets, competency evaluations, and summary analyses to support talent review discussions.
- Capable to managing coordination with internal/external partners to ensure the effective execution of training and development initiatives, such as classroom training, e-learning, and coaching programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Management, HRM or others related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in talent assessment and development, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong adaptability and willingness to learn technical tools, processes, and methods.
- Capable of working independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes when required.
