About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Operation Support Lead to join our dynamic team at PT. Noovoleum Indonesia Investama'. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to our key account management team, ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services to our most important customers. Based in Jakarta, this role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our company.
What you'll be doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact and operational support for our key account management team
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of products and services to our top customers, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding customer expectations
- Analyse customer data and provide insights to the account management team to identify opportunities for growth and improved service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or challenges that arise, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our key account operations
- Provide regular reporting and updates on key account performance to senior management
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's strategic account management initiatives
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a key account management or operations support role within the Sales and Account Management industry
- Strong understanding of account management processes, customer service, and operational excellence
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
