Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Coach at 20FIT Group located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Coach will be responsible for conducting personal and group training sessions, developing personalized fitness plans, and providing guidance and support to clients. Additional responsibilities include monitoring client progress, ensuring the proper use of fitness equipment, and maintaining a positive and motivating environment within the gym. The Coach will also collaborate with the medical team to align fitness programs with clients' health needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in personal training, group fitness instruction, and developing fitness plans
- Knowledge of sports science, nutrition, and injury prevention
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Certified by a recognized fitness or sports organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
- Previous experience in a fitness or wellness setting is a plus
