- Strong understanding of Tech & Non Tech roles, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong in data & analysis
