Responsibilities :
Install, implement, and configure servers, storage systems, and related infrastructure.
Perform regular maintenance, support, and troubleshooting of server and cloud environments.
Create, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
Investigate and respond to incidents promptly to minimize impact and prevent recurrence.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support ongoing operations.
Continuously learn and stay updated on emerging cloud and infrastructure technologies.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, alerts, and incidents swiftly to ensure system availability and minimize downtime.
Assess and resolve server, network, and cloud-related issues escalated by internal or external users.
Conduct proactive monitoring and performance analysis of supported cloud instances to ensure optimal operation.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, and server management.
Strong hands-on experience with Linux server administration and virtualization environments.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain virtual machine instances.
Experience with monitoring systems and incident management
Familiarity with configuration management and automation tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Technical Requirement :
Server Systems: Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, or similar)
Virtualization: KVM, Xen, or equivalent technologies
Cloud Computing: AWS or similar cloud platforms
Monitoring Tools: Prometheus, Grafana
Automation Tools: Salt, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
Nice to have skills :
Cloud Orchestration: CloudStack, OpenStack, Proxmox VE, etc.
Cloud Platforms: Experience across both major (AWS, Azure, GCP) and alternative (Rackspace, IBM Cloud, etc.) providers
Storage Technologies: Block storage (iSCSI, SAN, NFS)
Operating Systems: Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019) and Microsoft SQL Server
Networking: Experience with Cisco IOS/NX-OS or Juniper Junos
