Responsibilities:
- Provide IT infrastructure support, including maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and equipment such as printers, scanners, projectors, and LAN networks.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including antivirus protection, warranty renewals, and system updates.
- Manage and support servers, communication lines, and PABX systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of network, server, licensing, database, and security fundamentals.
- Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications, including license renewals, to ensure smooth functionality across all office locations.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Max. 25 years old
- Willing to work underpressure
- Have a good communication skill
- Minimum S1-graduate in IT-related major from reputable University with GPA of 3.00 or above
- Good English proficiency
- Hard worker, self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work independently
- Preferably having a working experience in the IT field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Having a knowledge in Linux, PHP & MySQL is an advantage
