Qualification
- Minimum education Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience in accounting and administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software such as Accurate, SAP, or similar systems.
- Good Under of basic bookkeeping and taxation (Income Tax, VAT, Tax Reporting).
- Strong administrative skills, including filling, correspondence, and document management.
- Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and responsible.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Able to work under pressure and manage work priorities effectively.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Accounting & Finance
- Prepare and record the company's financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow, etc.).
- Perform bank, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and petty cash reconciliations.
- Monitor and manage payments to vendors as well as collections from customers.
- Assist in internal and external audit processes by preparing supporting documents.
- Handle tax administration such as income tax (PPh), value-added tax (VAT/PPN), and tax reporting (SPT).
- Assist in budgeting and operational cost control.
General Administration
- Handle daily office administrative activities such as correspondence, filing, and documentation.
- Manage office operational needs (stationery, equipment, maintenance, logistics, etc.).
- Support HR administrative needs such as attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll (if required).
- Arrange meeting schedules, business trips, and coordination with external parties (vendors, government institutions, etc.).
- Ensure administrative and documentation systems are organized, accurate, and efficient.
